Bluestar invited two EBS experts, Owen Sally and Odersy Sumster from Elkem University carries out a four-day training on EBS to all staff.
EBS, the Elkem Business System for short, includes a business system philosophy, methodology and analysis tools. The training aims at introducing the core concept and methodologies of EBS system, including A3 standardization work; 5S, key flow analysis and root cause analysis.
