ChemChina integrates managing and technical strengths to provide environmental consulting services for energy-savings and emissions-reductions auditing and contract-based energy management. The China National Chemical Information Center (CNCIC) is the largest institute for providing information on the domestic chemical sector. The center has offered safe and clean developments for many years. It consults on industry planning and decision-making, conducts contingency handling ability evaluations and standardization and provides services in SHE regulations.
