The Bluestar Ruicheng Co held Bluestar World Class Manufacturing (BWCM) start-up conference, on Sept 6.
The program will optimize and enhance the production devices with confirmed objective and process indicators.
All staff members are expected to participate in this project, under the guidance of world-class manufacturing experts.
While promoting the BWCM project, the company expects to increase sales and cut production costs
To keep the management and leaders at various levels in touch with BWCM and its progress, the project team provided an introduction to BWCM methods and the implementation process.
The company has sent personnel to Nanjing, in July, for a 3-week training program on the BWCM project. After the start-up conference, the project teams planned a 15-day training program on process flow, Sept 10 to Oct 8. It will take 7 weeks from that time on to complete the reforms, with all the work expected to be completed by Nov 26.
The BWCM project is backed with Bluestar resources and the team members, general manager, and trainers all come from Bluestar. The project team emphasized speed and efficiency, and worked to shorten the implementation time and tried to carefully follow the BWCM contents and make optimal use of them.
