Aeolus Tire Co Ltd promotes green PCR on June 30.
Hyperfine black-carbon tires for green PCR (passenger cars radial) tires have adopted nitrogen vulcanization technology to ensure superior wear-resisting performance by deepening groove depth and strengthening pattern blocks.
Silicon-contained formula is utilized in tires to upgrade the hysteretic nature of tread rubber, reduce rolling resistance of tires. In combination of high-hardness filling glue for tire bead, it advances rigidity of tire sidewalls, and saves fuel with less rolling resistance.
The rubber cushion design with tread bracing layer can reduce the stress concentration effect and upgrade high-speed performance of tires. The black carbon with low calorific value can avoid a tire burst caused by heating during use. The new SSBR (solution polymerized butadiene styrene rubber) promises more superior braking performance.
The publicity of the green PCR (Passenger Car Radial) tires reflects Aeolus’ intent for setting foot on the passenger cars market, while Aeolus would gear up upstream and downstream restructuring to realize green upgrades on the overall industrial chain.
